There are are three hefty novels so far and he’s cranking out the fourth now. Fans of vastly outnumbered, impossibly brave soldiers white-knuckling through vicious firefights with alien invaders will want to pick up these books. Far more than a Halo-esque shooting gallery, author Lee Stephen has also created a cast of engaging characters wrestling with their own inner demons as well as extra-terrestrial ones. These books not only keep you on the edge of your seat, but leave you with much to think about long after the smell of gunpowder and heat wash of plasma weapons has faded.
